My Approach

My work is integrative and holistic, blending psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and elements of energy work.

At the center of it all is the therapeutic relationship. Healing happens in connection — in a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore your inner world.

My work is grounded in four core principles:

Awareness

Begin by turning inward. Together, we cultivate awareness of your thoughts, emotional patterns, and the subtle language of the body. With awareness comes clarity — and the ability to respond rather than react.

Self-Compassion

Healing requires a shift in how we relate to ourselves. We begin to soften the inner critic and develop a more compassionate, supportive inner voice — creating the conditions for growth, integration, and lasting change.

Acceptance

As awareness deepens, we gently move toward acceptance. Instead of pushing away thoughts and feelings, we learn to meet them with openness. In this space, the need to control softens, and more room emerges to simply be.

Through awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion, meaningful change unfolds. You begin to feel more connected, more grounded, and more aligned with the life you want to live.

Transformation

Mindfulness

Mindfulness invites you into the present moment. Together, we cultivate awareness of your internal experience — noticing thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise, without judgment. This creates space to respond with intention rather than habit.

Energy Work

Emotions and experiences can become held within the body. Through guided practices such as breathwork, visualization, and subtle energy awareness, we support the release and integration of what may feel stuck — creating more flow, clarity, and ease.

Somatics

Your body holds deep intelligence. Through somatic work, we bring awareness to how emotions and experiences live in the body — tension, activation, contraction, or openness. This allows for deeper processing, regulation, and a renewed sense of safety within yourself.

Spirituality

For those who feel called, we can explore the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and connection. This may include reflection, meditation, or intuitive exploration — always grounded in what resonates with you and your personal beliefs.

  • We’ll begin with a complimentary 20- minute consultation (phone or Zoom) where we can connect, explore what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit.

  • At this time, I work exclusively via Telehealth (phone or Zoom), offering flexibility and comfort for your own space.

  • Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. We’ll move at your pace and use the consultation to explore your needs and intentions, and to see if this feels like the right fit.

If not, I’m always happy to offer referrals or resources to support you.
