mind * body * spirit

I approach therapy through a holistic lens, rooted in the belief that mind, body, and spirit are inseparable. Healing begins by turning inward: listening to the body, understanding emotional patterns, and reconnecting with the wisdom within.

my story

My background and training are rooted in early childhood development, attachment theory, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and somatic psychology. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (140713), practicing somatic psychotherapy, and also a yoga and meditation teacher.

My work bridges depth psychology with the wisdom of the body. I support clients in exploring early relational patterns and past wounds, while also working with what is present in the moment to help you build a deeper awareness of your inner world and how it lives in the body. I believe healing happens through both insight and embodiment. This means not only understanding your patterns, but learning how to feel, process, and move through them in a more integrated way. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your unique experience.

I’ve been practicing psychotherapy in the Bay Area for over 15 years, working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients in exploring deeper questions around purpose, identity, and meaning.

Much of my work is rooted in my own lived experience. I understand how challenging it can be to turn toward the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to avoid. In our work together, I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, so you can begin to trust yourself, your process, and your path forward.

While I work with a range of clients, I am especially drawn to working with women who are seeking a deeper connection to themselves, their intuition, emotional truth, and inner wisdom.
